For the record: regarding SARRAL'S public statements on the web.

The impression that SARRAL is already appealing the judgement is incorrect.

The right to appeal is not automatic. At the date that this statement was made, SARRAL had not yet applied for leave to appeal the judgement.

In the same article SARRAL states: “...SARRAL is still very much alive and operating...”

 
If SARRAL is still operating at this time, it is doing so in contravention of a High Court Liquidation order, and those responsible will be liable and may be subject to criminal charges.

 SARRAL’s statement that the judgement “is not official” defies belief.
